Returns and Exchanges

If you're not totally happy with your purchase, please let us know. We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but as Paper Hammer products are all handmade; slight variations are to be expected. You may return products unopened and in new condition within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, we will offer you store credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We do not offer returns or exchanges of books, sale items, or custom orders.

We will contact you immediately if an item has become unavailable in the color or size you have requested. If another color, size, or style does not appeal to you, we will refund payment immediately.

We request that you contact us immediately by phone (509) 654-3345 or email ed@paper-hammer.com if your item arrives damaged. We will refund shipping costs on returns if damage occurs during shipping.
